Sarebbe di ben un miliardo di dollari l’entità dell’accordo che l’azienda farmaceutica Eli Lilly starebbe discutendo con il Governo statunitense, per chiudere la causa civile e penale che riguarda il farmaco antipsicotico Zyprexa.
